NEED HELP ASAP reg. SMARTBRO TO ROUTER

good day mga bros.. need help jud.. having trouble connecting smartbro to my router..
router is the one from cdr king.. been doing fine 1year kapin.. niya gikaon sa ilaga ako wire sa internet.. so smart technicians came and replaced the wire.. when i tried to connect to the router it doesnt work.. no internet connection.. tried everything.. set dhcp, also tried static ip,clone mac address, almost everything i could find sa web.. so i thought probably the router right? my sister has a linksys router.. tried it and same thing no internet connection available.. sa linksys status puro zero's ang ip... could it be possible when the technicians came they disabled this? could not think of any other reason it wont work when it was doing fine before...
any input would be appreciated.. and mas nice if makaadto mu haws, sabot2x lang ta sa talent fee..

bro. DHCP man jud na ang smart bro. kay baratohon raman imo gikuha, try daw sa e direct sa computer, kung mangayo sa acct. ug reference number butangi. pasodla jud sa stand alone computer(direct connection) tapos pag dagan na, e balhin sa router WAN PORT. e DHCP lang imo roiuter ha.,

Murag nka bind ang mac address sa imo computer sa smartbro. So if mka detect ang smartbro na laen na ang mac address nka direct link sa iyaha iya na i-block. E try ug clone imo mac address sa imo pc to the router naa man features ana ang router clone mac address. Para mka lusot imo internet thru the router.

already tried that as well bro.. cloned mac address.. still nothing.. thanks though..

try to check pod sa net cafe if ang imong router kinahanglan na e update ang firmware. also ang smartbro mangita na ug reference number ug account number if mka connect sa other device like router o switch ug other pc if imong e direct.

yup.. e route jud sa portal if e connect ang smartbro to another device directly.. problem is it doesnt do that when i connect sa router since wa jud madetect nga internet connection.. it was ok before.. both routers are doing fine man.. tried it sa pikas haws.. no probs.. could it be OS issues? using windows 7... aside from the technician replacing the wire.. thats only other thing that changed... its not like before if e check nako ang status sa router.. karung sa CDRKING , acquiring ip address from DHCP, niya sa linksys sa status ang IP puros zero's.. ugh, its getting frustrating najud.. feel jud nako that tech guy did something ky mura sapot man to iya nawong pag replace sa wire.. heheh
