Gaining weight is simple.. EAT HEALTHY!! Zero Calories = Fats. why would you want to have fats in your body when it can lead to certain diseases? If you're not gaining then you are obviously eating less than what you need to gain! i suggest you eat 5-6 meals. Not big meals but small meals. with alot of fiber in each meal
