    I get what you mean bro, you have your point but ako idea ge hatag kay pang pa pas pas mn jud sa iyang pag gain ug weight ky murag gnhan mn jd mo gain ug weight ang ga himo ani nga thread, nsae ZERo cal=FAT bro?..I don't get the point dri.. you can eat FATS but not the bad fats!, I'm talking with the good ones, like nuts,avocado,olive oil,fish oil etc., bsta sa ga hmo ani nga thread, all you need is to eat more than your TDEE.. e.g. if your TDEE is only 2000cal. a day then you should consume about 2300cal. for you to gain weight..

    (saw this in national geographics) try the sumo way, hehehe. eat only twice a day, eat as much as you can, eat lots of carbohydrates. they also take naps after meal.
