    everything will always return to its original size.. so after manganak ka mobalik man gyod ka ana sa imong gidak on pero kon dili ka ka control sa kaon surely modako jud ka...its just discipline sa imong kaugalingon

    Breastfeeding burns an average of 500 calories a day, with the typical range from 200 to 600 calories burned a day. It’s estimated that the production of one ounce of breast milk burns 20 calories.

    Studies have shown that breastfeeding mothers lose more weight after pregnancy than bottle-feeding moms--even if the latter group consumes fewer calories. Mothers who breastfeed exclusively have an average decrease in body fat and in hip and lower thigh circumference than bottle-feeding moms.

    Before 65 kilos jud ko after i gave birth to my daughter but now im only 50 kilos(after 7 months) ngbreastfeeding ko and normal ra jud aqng kaon but stressful lang ko kai working mom man gud ko. mag strolling ginagmai ug mu inom ko ug fit nd right mao ra.

    breastfeeding jud daw sis... sa ako experience kai nawala ra tanan nako pregnancy weight in 2 weeks, murag nigain ko ug weight tungod ra siguro sa water den after ko nanganak, nag edema man ko for the first week, then pag sunod week, grabe kaayo ko mag urinate, nawala ra sad ang edema and nibalik ko sa ako weight before i got pregnant...hehehe but still dako gihapon coz i was always on the heavy side man...hehehe

    lisod jud bitaw pagamay after giving birth... 98lbs ko before ko nanganak, now after 1 yr and a half im still 110 lbs.. =P

    simple ra kau na oi...pag sexercise kada gabii then hinay og eat......
