i would just like to answer this with quotes:

“There can be no high civility without a deep morality” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

“Physical bravery is an animal instinct; moral bravery is much higher and truer courage.”~ Wendell Phillips

“You can't separate what happens to the animal from what happens to the people. Anyone who does not have self control and responds with violence is dangerous, period.”~ Joanne Schoch

clearly im not the one sleeping or somebody who appears to be awake but not...ang kad2 natulog pa, ad2 na mka mata sa presohan...think about it. before it's too late...LOLs

Yet, he striked the person a hundred more times because he cant control it. That's just human nature and you cant do anything about it.
human nature of a MURDERER that is.

let's face it, the guard lost his cool. if he wasn't just HAMBUGERO and ABUSADO, he couldn't have killed the cabbie and save his life some jail time.

    he's a *****.

sakto ka...somehow Sun Tzu's Art of War applies in this situation...

"Supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy's resistance without fighting".

kung nihulbot (or action lng ug hulbot) lng unta daan sa pusil ang gwardiya before he was attacked and pointed it at the driver or made a warning shot, a fistfight could have been avoided. he could have avoided being mauled by the bigger guy.

"If he is in superior strength, evade him"

    This applies to both.

The guard BEFORE THE FISTFIGHT is in superior strength position coz he has the weapon advantage. that's why i said he should have pulled out his gun before the attacker was getting near. coz the only reaction from the driver is to run or raise his hands in surrender. no fistfight could have been involved.

The guard DURING THE FISTFIGHT is still in superior strength coz, again, he has the gun. though he is anatomically the weaker one, his gun makes him the more superior in strength. so sakto ang gibuhat niya to pull out his gun that made the driver run. but mas sakto gyud unta kng ni pull out cya before the fistfight.

The guard AFTER THE FISTFIGHT is still in superior strength. again, coz he has the gun. but the problem was how he handled the situation after that.

"He will win who knows how to handle both superior and inferior strength."

Unfortunately, both did not win...they both made their mistakes. The unarmed driver attacking an armed person is a mistake. The guard shooting to death an unarmed person is a mistake.

"He wins his battles by making no mistakes."
