might not be right for you as you may have never lived on below minimum wage and with a family!
the landowners will be compensated by the government for their land. as per their tax filing ha.
Now it is up to the farmer/tenant what he will do with the land. if he sells it or pawns it, that is out of CARP already.
Implementation ra man problema sa CARP ba. if you read the whole CARP law you will see. there's a link sa taas. click kuno!
hahaha ngano kasulti ka ana bai? wapa guro mo kasuway makuhaan ug yuta sa mga sa-op ninyo mao sayon ra isulti. sakit bai mag tanaw nga ilogan kag yuta! ang tenant nimo nga gisweldohan matag nakay ipatrabaho mangilog ug yuta sa imoha! parihas rana ug professional squatters gitawag bai. tagaan ug yuta sa gobyerno pero ibaligya ra then mangsquat napud sa lain...![]()

kay mao daw ang naa sa atong balaod naka butang...! pastilan pud.. well,Hacienda Luisita has its owned story, hope everything will be at peace in regards to this issue...
It should have been subjected to the CARP law. Na wala gisunod ni CORY!
quoted from the link above! this link bah!
"SECTION 2. Declaration of Principles and Policies. - It is the policy of the State to pursue a Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP). The welfare of the landless farmers and farm workers will receive the highest consideration to promote social justice and to move the nation towards sound rural development and industrialization, and the establishment of owner cultivatorship of economic-sized farms as the basis of Philippine agriculture.
To this end, a more equitable distribution and ownership of land, with due regard to the rights of landowners to just compensation and to the ecological needs of the nation, shall be undertaken to provide farmers and farm workers with the opportunity to enhance their dignity and improve the quality of their lives through greater productivity of agricultural lands."
Gibayran ba mo sa inyong mga saop? Kung wala, kawat na!
dodong69:
since we do not know the specific details of your case, we do know know for certain what transpired and why you were not compensated for the loss of land, if indeed the law was invoked for this. we also do not know how large your estate was and the conditions under which it was placed under CARP.
because as i have posted here previously, the law in itself is rigged as can be seen on the SDO provision inserted by Cory's administration that is the main cause of this unsettled dispute at Hacienda Luisita and other places who patterned its dealings with the land reform issue accordingly to what the Cojuanco's did.
but this still does not discount the possibility that the law (and its better portions) can be twisted and used in a manner that is not fair to the land owners, especially the smaller ones. in this case then, it is not the law itself that is at fault, but how it is implemented.
in this case, it is not fair then to simply rescind the entire law, since it still has is good portions. what should be done is to amend it, make it better, and implement it well.
