    i have been taking vitamins jud, apebon, proprn with iron, enervon c, iron, heraclene..etc..
    wala jud au effect ai...kung naa man gane after 6-12 months pah then gamay rah au ang weight gain, then mah loose napud...

    kaon daghan 3x/day, parese ug juice or taas ug carbs na drinks. snacks in between meals, dessert daun (something sweet) every after meals then 2log sau inom gatas, ayaw pa stress.

    ok, thank you...but can't drink juices nah, softdrinks & thhe like...water & gatorade rah pwede nako as my doctor recommended....
