Kojic acid, likas papaya, carrot soaps seem to tighten your skin and keeps it moisturized, this is for normal face (ie. a skin with slight pimpling). Unless yours is kind of cystic(ie may bukol bukol na and spread all over), you may benefit from antibiotic/steroidal ointments. Some Docs inject it directly on the cysts.. and the results are dramatic but sometimes, scars occur.
It is better to go to your friendly neighborhood Derma/Doctor for a consult than trying different approaches yourself..
