    2. manipulate environment to promote sleep
    3. advice the patient to drink warm milk before sleeping
    4. advice the patient to take a warm shower before sleeping
    5. encourage the patient to read a boring book...

    ako advice nuh.. go to the gym . or doo somthing ba nga pa kapoy ^^ or do some sports hehhehe or jog lng! human nimu ana lami.a lage tulog ^^

    Sayon ra na. Since buntag man ka tigka.tulog. Suwayi ug di ka matug ug buntag. Keep urself busy. Daghan bya makalingaw nimu since buntag man. Laag2, istorya mga amigo, facebook, etc. Nya igka hapon mga alas 6 ba. Pde nka matog ana. Bsan pag kutob buntag na pagka.ugma. Nya na.reverse na imu time pag.tulog?

    Wala dy kay trabaho bro or unsa nga buhaton kun buntag?

    ako pod. naa ok sleeping disorder... usik kaayo akong 3 straight RD gud kay wala koy tarong tulog. HUHUHUHU. ni duty nlng ko, wa poy tulog. luoya lawas! whew! PM me please....
