Lisod usbon ang systema nga nagdagan for pila na ka dekada. Its not that simple nga mu point ka ug isa ra ka factor, daghan kaayu factor naka apekto aning problemaha. Mas maayu magsugud sa tagsa tagsa natu ka kaugalingun ang pag disiplina.

Filipinos are free but we don't really understand what is the true meaning of freedom...

-Most Pinoy drivers think of other drivers as "kontra", mao ng iyahay ug pa-ugatay sa karsada.
If you're being courteous, other drivers would think of you as a "sissy" mao ng mapugos nalang pod ug paugat ang uban.

-Sa US, police officers jud ang manakop sa karsada. Sa Pinas either traffic enforcers or police, but the
public perceives both as kurakot, padako-tiyan, hambug, hence they aren't respected. Which is sad.

Suggestion: -Start it with yourself. Pag binuotan sa karsada, don't mind what other drivers would think of you. Set an example. It doesn't hurt to be courteous at times.

One way of more strict implementation is padak-an ang fines. Then kung mahimo ari ni start sa mga motorists. Just think of it our government has big budget deficit so kung ang imong violation sa traffic ibayad nimo ug sakto dli kay para sa traffic enforcer so nakatabang pka ug puno sa gov't fund.
