    She's talking about the Province and that excludes the Highly Urbanized Cities especially the Capital. Her reluctance to admit her mistakes and even on the part of Tomas himself will make unity between the two LGU's impossible if not nearly impossible.

    The Cebu Province alone cannot really sustain the island if there's no help from the Major Cities like Cebu City which generates so much income by itself.

    Cebu, Cebu City, not Cebu Province.

    Cebu province has a lot of assets even in Cebu City but majority of them are not income-generating.

    curious lang ko ngano ang yuta sa cebu city ang province man ang nag own? d d i pwede kung sa city dapat kay sa city ang mag owned total part raman gihapon na sila sa gobyerno?

    mao na rn...all the projects nga iya nbuhat ngsalig ra gyud diay sa natl government...if shes indeed strong and thinks that the province has enough why make such comments...it only goes to show nga dependent ra gyud kau cya ni president GMA.

    naghinilas unya modawat di'ay, very contradicting and as if the capitol had MAJOR projects on their own, na puro man to pinangayo kay PGMA and Gwen took the credit.
