The HD5770 is capable to handle games at that res, but if you're thinking about playing incoming games and has no plans of upgrading the vc for a year or so, you might want to opt for a much faster card.

5850 perhaps. I recently sold my HD5770 coz the framerates are dropping with newer game titles.
