I'm still rather new sa xlibris, and I'm in the operations. It's like i'm in one of the smartest and most talented team ever and yet we are the most underpaid. My workmate who has been in the company for more than four years and has a higher "internal/team position" earns as much as I do (more responsibility for the same crappy pay that you signed up for as a newbie). How does that work Anyway, I love the nature of my job, it's just the system that sucks. I'd still rather be here than take calls and be cursed at everyday for a higher pay.

well malay mo same sila ISP and now-a-days baya dynamic ang IP sa mga ISP mostly smartbro, globe, and sun wireless .. nagkataon lang na same sila ISP ug na-assignan xa ato na IP diba? Para ma probe ug tarong, same time kaha ? ug same registration IP?
