Ari na ta Xlibris.. nindot na daw ni nga company.... growing and okay na ila management karon dili pareho sa una nga mas baho pa sa basura... pero karon ok naa kaau humot pa sa mamahaling perfume hehehehe..

Off topic lang.. im a TSR for Palm sauna and quit my job tungod dungan skul(ahem..gmay pud pay).. now im a CSR for ePer(training pa nuon,you can say floating).. unsa inyo ma refer na account nndot og pay nya TSR? I have an "application on-hold" sa CVG. bago rko ng aply this month (wa ko sure if mau ba ang Time Warner na) any say on this? thanks.. pwd PM pud ig reply mu dre sa thread

nag apply ko dire bah g ignan ko na grecommend ko ni dave for the said position na ako applyan. dili pa sila kahatag exact date sa job offer ky check nila if naa pa sa budget..

I quit Xlibris after working there for almost three years. Although I had fond memories there and daghan ko na-learn, I quit Xlibris because the system sucks. There's too much politics, and the management does not know how to care for its people. They can't even give an increase to their hardworking employees - people they slave drive to death. Sa mga dugay2x na nagwork sa Xlibris, when was the last time you got a raise? Defined pa ba inyong scope of work? Are you still stuck doing the same old thing kay wala'y room for promotion?

I'm not discouraging the newbies or those interested, pero with the number of similar feedback about the company, don't say you weren't warned.

Quitting Xlibris was one of the best decisions I've made, liberating kaayo ang feeling. And trust me, any job is waaay better than at Xlibris.

I'm still rather new sa xlibris, and I'm in the operations. It's like i'm in one of the smartest and most talented team ever and yet we are the most underpaid. My workmate who has been in the company for more than four years and has a higher "internal/team position" earns as much as I do (more responsibility for the same crappy pay that you signed up for as a newbie). How does that work Anyway, I love the nature of my job, it's just the system that sucks. I'd still rather be here than take calls and be cursed at everyday for a higher pay.
