Hi Guys,
Sorry, we've been busy lately with our Spanish Speaker Reps' processing. For detailed job description, please check our career site http://www.xlibrisjobs.com.
Yes, we still have one day processing every Thursdays.
With regards to the start date, that you really depend on your availability. Most of the time we ask the new hires to report ASAP.

It's a good thing that John Feldcamp is no longer connected with Xlibris. Babbleglass right now is reeking with rats, snakes, and other slimy slithery creatures because he has a penchant for pampering those who constantly remain loyal to him -- he rewards them minions with perks and privileges and spoils for as long as they remain oblivious to the fact that he is one money-hungry leech. he does not care about the labor laws, and he definitely does not care about his employees. i wish you a violent death, john, if ever you read this. grrrr.
coming into xlibris knowing of the very steep learning curve that I had to undergo in the department I had applied for, I didn't think I'd last more than a year, but lo and behold, am still with the company going on my 16th month. the work environment is excellent and I'm pretty sure you can call colleagues here easy to get along with. Got promoted on my 12th month too! XL rocks!
I miss Xlib. I loved my line of work since I'm into books, I get to see the preview being an ASR.
