    Sorry guys, but the way I see it:

    1.) His first issue was solved via memory card replacement
    2.) His second issue, he wanted it to be replaced, which Cellpod has a their own 3DAY policy (I wanted to find out if he knew this before he bought but he did not answer)
    3.) Sticker, Nokia Care did honor it. Nokia is the Manufacturer, you can complain their and they will replaced the unit if found defective gyud, through experience, they may even provide a service Unit while waiting. Since the last Company who had their Hands on it and flashed it was Nokia, I think they should answer you first on what is happening to your phone.

    TO be fair to everyone here in Istorya you have to analyze all the facts and deal with them one by one.

    In this case, CELLPOD has already posted a number so they may discuss it but the owner hasnt contacted CELLPOD yet.

    CELLPOD: I suggest you put a hotline number on all your outlets to deal with your customer concerns so their inquiries, complains, concerns can be dealt with properly in your shops.

    If The owner of this thread will not answer any of my questions I am locking this thread by tom morning.

    And a tip to everyone before you buy ANYWHERE:
    Know their policies and Respect it. If you bought there, that is confirmation that you agree to whatever policies they have. You can't smell spoiled milk, drink it and then complain that it is spoiled.

    the first thing that i consider in buying something is customer service jud...if they can provide me the kind of service that i will be satisfied above my expectations then i will not hesitate to buy their product.
