dili sir uy, kahibalo jud mi na tanan namu unit gibaligya sa cellpod kay naa juy ntc sticker ug 1 year warranty nationwide, mao bitaw sir na gusto namu siya maistorya ug makita ang unit kay imposible jud na walay ntc sticker amu units ginabaligya. imposible jud kaayo unless na wa niya makita or gitangtang niya kay mismo ang nokia care service center kahibalo mutanaw na naa jud nay ntc sticker, as of the last year issue, ok nato tanan, adto man gani mi sa ntc nag settle. sa ntc man gud they will hear both sides, di man gud sila mu accuse dayun, maminaw sa sila sa duha ka side before coming to a conclusion na kinsay sad an. thgat issue is closed na we had a miscommunication lang. thank you very much, hope this will answer your question sir.

mao jud ning maka tagam sa tanan. best story of the year. its not really miscommunication kay ang buyer in due process man jud CELLPOD Strike 1 in istorya.net.

for this case though... TS havent answered the question/s. ironically, why did nokia service center reflashed the phone if it didnt have the NTC logo

para nako, that's really bad business sense sa inyong part nga 3 days ra inyo replacement warranty. unsa man, wa moy salig sa inyong gibaligyang mga produkto?

    besides, ilisan man diay mo.

anyway, i'll give you some benefit of the doubt since the TS hasn't responded yet.

i hope you can already improve your customer service kay murag ahente mos black eye diha the way you deal with your customers... of course, nasad juy customer nga hassle sad kaayo ka deal.

yes, naa pud juy customer na medyo hassle jud, like this one na gi accuse me of things na wala namu ginabuhat, much better jud unta kung mapakita nya ug ma prove niya na wala juy ntc sticker ug warranty amung fone. and by the way, try adto sa uban cellphone shops. ang kasgaran karun is 3 day replacement pero 1 year manufacturers warranty on parts and service. pero some of the cases amu jud i consider kay di man pud mi ganahan na ma hassle ang customer ug huwat sa ilang cellphone na i replace so mao na amung unhan ug replace provided naay recommendation sa service center. thanks

When I got home and charged my phone, I noticed that the phone would overheat, and same situation would occur even on normal operations of texting or browsing the web. I returned to the store that Monday (June 7, 2010) and asked for a phone replacement, but they did not honor my claim. Their reason was that it has already passed their 3 days replacement period. I was surprised with their explanation since they had included the day when I bought the phone in the counting of three days, and considering that I had bought the phone at around 8pm which means that the 3 day would be at 8pm on that day (I had a deficit in hours). Instead they asked me to go to nokia care.

After Nokia has updated the firmware of my device, I'm now facing another problem, the phone would often hang up even when im just texting. Worst, it would suddenly restart itself even on normal operations. I tried to reflash the firmware myself using the software provided on their website but same problem occurs. A few days ago a friend informed me that Cellpod has a lot of complaints even before due to the quality of their phones. I checked my phone and their was not even an NTC sticker attached (Is'nt it that the sticker compulsory).
good day, we have answered all of these concerns but am doubting that this person is accusing cellpod of selling no ntc sticker phones and poor service. please if you can reply please show us the proof of your phone that it is a gray phone and we will ask nokia why they accepted it for upgrade na it is a gray phone which is not in their rules. dear readers, to follow our customer service reply please go to page 3 and 4, at least naman we can have a fair trial on this matter. thank you

if you can find a way to make your customers happy, i think wala naning ing ani nga istorya diri.

ay lang sad kaayo ninyo huna2 a nga alkanse mo og mag replace mog unit within seven days anyway, ilisan man jud mo sa manufacturer kung under sa condition sa warranty factory defect gyud na.

wa man sad siguroy angas nga customer tuyo on og guba ilang unit within that time frame.. simply put, make it easy for your customers nalang bah, di nalang ninyo lisod lisuron kay mao man gud nay sagad reklamo sa mga customers.

i hope maka kita mo sa point namo as a customer.

    bow.
