why make wang wang a problem!!!! just go with the law!!! under PD 96 who are allowed to have a wang wang attached
?? pd 96 delclares the attachment of blinkers and sirens illegal except marked vehicles of the PNP, AFP, BJMP, BFP, EMS vehicles(ambulance) and other marked vehicles of law enforcement agencies!!! take note marked vehicle!! so if they are not marked even govt vehicles should not attach no matter who they are!!! thats the law and those were the exemtions!! PNOY has both right and wrong in his points but he has the point

another point to think about: kung nagtapad among sakyanan den na stuck mi sa traffic, makuyawan jud ko kai unsa kaha mahitabo kung planohan siya sa terrorista.
