ga play mi every sunday sa shuttlecock. daghan sd mga beginner didto dats y no need to worry.
yah,its true walling makes u familiar of the all the strokes and hand griping. make sure lang nga sakto like wat the site give u sa mga feedback. and much better jud na mo play ka so that u can apply it so that their is more learning. bisan hapak2 lang gud with the right griping na.join us para daghan ta!!!

Actually, they're not. Not in that degree. I did both when I was an intermediate player na. When I was looking for ways to improve my skills at home other than walling. And I realized that these 2 exercises were really effective. I surmised that if I had done this when I was a beginner I would've improved much faster.
