haha. exactly. this is the government's responsibility. Surely we the common people can't truly justify why CC workers are paid that much. We can only give superficial reasons such as the owners of the companies are foreigners or maybe the health risks or maybe the stress and pressure or maybe it's a night shift work schedule.

--hayyy naku!!! y pipol keep on asking y daku sweldo ang mga taga CC? it's bcoz it's a BPO....gamay raman gni na e compare jud sa mga taga CC sa abroad...imagine, CC agents in abroad are getting US$8-10/hr (approximate) so imagine they're working 8 hrs a day 5x a week, pila thats why they're outsourcing their business para makatipid...and besides if dli competetive ang sweldo i dont think dghan ang mo work ani nga industry, working as a CS/TS is a very difficult job coz u nid to give excellent service to all customers, dealing w/ pipol w/ diff. personalities is one of the hardest job...

--for those pipol discriminating CC agents, you shut up!!!
