Isn't there a law that protects employees/laborers against abuse (verbal, financial, physical, emotional, sexual, all kinds) from employers?

Kuyawa gud anang ma-late ang pay? Plus verbal abuse from the employer... unsa gud na?

If you're not treated as a human being (with R E S P E C T), then don't stay there....

When I was there in Cebu, there are people I spoke to who are receiving pay below the required minimum. In fact, their employer have them sign two sheets when they receive their pay. Kay ang isa, the actual amount they receive, the other kay with the amount supposedly that they are to receive in accordance with the law- Tikas ba.

Grabe pa kaayo mangasaba ang employers murag nakatag-iya ug katawhan. Geeesshhh!

Y0u're right gURL bout the ambiance 0f the environment... But if you sleep, then its your sales thats gonna sacrifice. More calls means more probability of getting a sale right?!? hehehe

But with being 'dili lalim makatag-iyag company' is not an exception why Lady Gaga will act that way. Like what i sed ive been in this kind of company, many small call center companies. But di man ingon ana ang treatment sa first lady sa american namo! They make us feel that we are one of a kind agents! Echus!

Y0u should have tried dude. So you can feel that we are on the same boat. I first saw this thread before i applied but still I went there coz i dont want to believe in gossips in this page. But ive seen it with my naked eye! But try your luck in there. Maybe its different for you. Hehehe

I actually quit which also means that my allowance/training fee is also quits! hahaha
I wont receive my training fee for 12 days anymore. Iny0ha nalang na ang training fee nako oi. Mura raba unsa ka dak0!

BAsta ang Last three waves kai ga Athay2x gud kai nganu na ingon ani ang ilang status sa 724 Care oi... Nalu-oy nalang ko sa HR kai cge may giyawyawan ug todo.

And imagine, the other wave ka gi extend ang training nila coz when they went to the floor kai there were 3 or 4 accounts na nakasugod na sila ug dial nya na close. Dili na fault nila ma extend ilang training days oi... Gamay ra bya kaayo ug allowance/training fee nya evening pajud pa trabahu-on! Ala pajud na night diff. Considerate sad tawn nang Lady Gaga oi... She immediately made a new contract nga pa extend. hahai ;(

Sorry na gurl ha... Pero wala pajud ko kasuk-i ni Lady Gaga ever and ka experience nga ma closan ug account and all.
