When I was there in Cebu, there are people I spoke to who are receiving pay below the required minimum. In fact, their employer have them sign two sheets when they receive their pay. Kay ang isa, the actual amount they receive, the other kay with the amount supposedly that they are to receive in accordance with the law- Tikas ba.
