Assuming na deliver na imo baligya..pero gi deny sa buyer,,
or nadawat ang item..pero gidispute ka.. na wala kunohay madawat?
di double alkansi ka..nag refund nka.. nakawatan pka?
unsaon man paghabol nimo or paggukod sa scammer?

in filing a dispute the credit card company or paypal has to investigate whoever is not telling the truth...tracking no. is a big help...the seller has all the information of the buyer like her name and address (unless its fake) but rarely na kaau ni mahitabo kai if ur a buyer ofcourse u want to get the item...alang-alang imo ibutang fake names or address saon nimo pagkakuha sa item.

sa online business risk gyud both parties...mao na ila ingon gaba na lang mag igo hehehehe

for my US preorder patong ko ug 20% but molimpyo na lang cguro ug mga 15% kai sa mga fees sa bank like naa mobayad ug paypal or credit card..peso man ang bayad nila then iconvert nako ug dollar mao mga 15% na lang gyud..

for other stuff nga ako gipili gyud ngari US para baligya mga 30-60% cguro depende kung unsa nga item kai motake paman ug 2-3 months una maabot ako item sa pinas so natanggong ako money...before ko magbutang ug price icompare nako sa uban nga namaligya..ipareha nako ang price or lesser ug gamay

for shipping.. you can try our local post office , so far, ming-abot jud tanan ako gpadala even if wla tracking no. for items weighing 2kilos below mao ni air parcel wc takes 10-15 days to North America , Europe. for items weighing 2 kilos above mao ni ang registered parcel moabot ni sya 15- 20 days.mas cheaper iyang cost.
