    i suggest the next topic would be about depression.
    35 percent of men suffer depression without them knowing.
    most celebrity deaths are caused by depression.
    dali man gud ni sila madepressed due to pressure and expectations.
    daghan pa jud wala kahibaw ani nga disease.

    this topic is also important to me as a bipolar.
    i know daghan depressive diri.
    katong mga dugay makatulog or dili katulog sa gabii...
    ...chances are depressive mo.

    so attend mo sa next session if you have time.

    yeah me too. i learned about the "brain chemicals" in school - even called neurotransmitters/hormones like kato imong gi mention. like adrenaline, noradrenaline pag ma high, serotonin para feel good, acetylcholamine pampa bright, dopamine pampa lihok, endorphin, etc. but never studied its relation sa physical and mental well being. gitun-an lang para mupasar. haha

    and found out nutrition plays a role in our mentality.

    i did 20 push ups today but maski sakit akong bukton, i felt good. haha i always feel good when my muscles are sore from exercise, labi na og pamaolan ang tiil gikan nagdagan dagan. hehe

    SD, kabaw ko ever since bad habit ang smoking pero i cant seem to imagine with out it in a days time.. im always thinking mo quit ko but not now.. unsaon kaha noh para maganahan nako mo quit.. 4me man gd iv always wanted good reasons para ko mo quit but everytime mo try ko mo quit hatagan noon ko reasons sa life na mo continue sa ako vice like buwagan sa uyab, problima sa family etc since evrytime naa bad things ma happen nako mo smoke man ko daghan cz in a way nahan nako ma destroy more ako life since bati naman sd xa.. pero dili noon ko pirmi in-ana ang dili sd kau ko destructive pero maypagka lang..hehe

    Unsa kaha ako dapat buhaton?

    because when your muscles are sore--- it triggers another flow of brain chemicals, parang pain reliever.
    ang effect ma"high" ka, pero gamay ra. mao nga nice kaayo ang feeling after makaexercise ta.

    proper knowledge and motivation ra man na bro.
    sometimes fear can control your habits.

    tan-aw lang ka sa resulta sa mga smokers nga naa sa hospital, makaundang jud ka dretso.
    makakita ka didto nga naay throat cancer, naay tubo gipalusot sa liog. adto agi ilang pagkaon.
    dili kasulti maggamit pag microphone ipaduol sa liog kung magestorya.

    naay lung cancer patients, maggukod pirmi sa ginhawa, murag hubakon pero pirming gikutasan.
    mugbo na lang kaayog ginhawa, all caused by smoking.

    basin initan na sad ko sa mga smokers diri ha.
    im just trying to help people to quit smoking.

    mas gamay ang magsmoke,
    mas gamay ang gasto sa gobyerno sa medical expense and hospitalization.
    so in effect makatabang ta sa nasud kong daghan mapaundang ani nga bisyo.

    SD, i think my problem in smoking and drinking would boil down to my existential boredom.. Im always thinking of dying everyday..hehe
