yeah me too. i learned about the "brain chemicals" in school - even called neurotransmitters/hormones like kato imong gi mention. like adrenaline, noradrenaline pag ma high, serotonin para feel good, acetylcholamine pampa bright, dopamine pampa lihok, endorphin, etc. but never studied its relation sa physical and mental well being. gitun-an lang para mupasar. haha
and found out nutrition plays a role in our mentality.
i did 20 push ups today but maski sakit akong bukton, i felt good. haha i always feel good when my muscles are sore from exercise, labi na og pamaolan ang tiil gikan nagdagan dagan. hehe
