I don't think so, ang Philippines kay naa sa August or September. Below are the enumerated countries for the July release.
Australia, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

Naa na White sa Manila? LOL. It was put on hold for release sa US kay naa problema from software to hardware (one involved being able to download apps for free), so imposible kaayo nga naa'y white kay wala pa gyud gi release from Apple mismo.
