    - time to clean up house.....
    - efficiency is the word for the whole term
    - divide the country into states
    - build more bridges/roads
    - efficient tax collection
    - etc....

    Run it like a business...

    We have 7,107 islands. We cannot build every single government services or infrastructures on each island all at the same time. So I'd say, I'll choose my battles. Review everything that the country has, improve the current structures and make it run efficiently and somehow make it self-sufficient. Once it's all set, review and plan for the next step.

    i would stop destroying and rebuilding the roads all over again... instead.. i want to build quality roads to last for a lifetime.. then we can start building schools, hospitals and houses.. tsk.. cge lang gub on ang dan nya ayuhon napod nya gub on napod... samoka..
