any business is good as long as bantayan ra dyud nimo and always think of improvements. and ofcourse, know how to save or called forced saving. most people blame their business going bankrupt or not doing so well is because of competition, and thats completely falls. you may see some lost of customer or sales due to this, but most successfull business thrive to improve and do alot of surveys. good example is to redirect your products or create a gimmick to appraise your customers. no one is really good at this, most people based it on luck like i do. hehe. but the best thing to do is save and improve para if your not satisfied with your current earning of your business, dali ra pag shift or invest on a new business while thriving on recovering your lost on your current business.

this is a common pitfall bitaw.... pro's and con's with partnership kay maka barato tuod ka... pero dapat b4 the partnership starts, everything should be laid out on the table nga murag terms and conditions... then ang mo draft kay somebody who doesn't have any interest sa buot mag partners.... and all should follow or agree with the conditions..... den maybe pwede after 6 months or 1 year pwede nila i review or i revise para beneficial to all parties...

well, my experience is same as what you said.... para ma klaro akong e say-say ang tanan...

from the start we are working together in one company. since all of us are fresh graduate we are working as dataprocessor at the start. But we know programming since we are all graduated as computer science. now my one of my friend is naka contact ug US american nga business man then exaclty iyang gusto is web development services... in short story ning resign me 5 for the said nga among buhaton nga company with the american expenses or penancer ang naka nindot lnag ani kay wla me gasto but ang nahimong gasto namo is ang among friendship nahimong naa nay sagul nga kalagot or hiden hetread... ok shall we continued? hehehe

the office began with the facilities and complite setup without the american owner. He is very good guy couse he trust all of us even he didnot meeting etc other. after a months one of my friend is going change the attitude since iyang ipagawas nga cya daw ang may contact sa among boss and beside cya ang sinaligan as "CEO". hhhmmm ning tubo na ang sungay wla pa gani ning show up ang businesss... then untill on time my friend was decide to resign since dili cya gusto nga madaot ang among panaghigala ay kay cgi naman ug lalis, pabikil ug uban pa... after a year mas ning grabe kay mao lang gihapon wla gyd niya ipakita sa iyang batasan nga mura na cya ug ning taas kaysa namo nga infact kami man tanan ang tag iya kay part man mi sa company.

other one of my friend nasad ang ning resign kay ning abot naman sa point nga nag sukmagay na gyd kay naa na gyd sa kalagot sa kasing kasing bisan tinood nga na sitle na pero lahi na gyd kanang nag cgi lang mo ug kita.... maong gi decide sa among boss kay amo ng gi sumbong nga ang nag hundle sa maong company is not enought experience or capable to hundle sa mga tawo... then gi usab ang maong position ning ubos cya then ang usa ang among gi boto as CEO hmmm after a months mangutana ko ninyo? ang position ba sa tawo makausab sa batasan? kay ang among usa nasad ka friend ning lain nasad ug batasan kay ang iyang ingon cya daw ang nag hudle sa maong project sa ang tanan cya ang masunod kay cya daw ang kasab an sa among boss... pero cya nang masteral ug nag part time job and sideline apil. unsay ikasulti ninyo? ako wla lang gyd kay dili ko ganahan man gud nga ma apil 2x but i tryed twice pero nalain cla kay kuno nganong didto nako sa office gibuhat infact cla sad sa office man nila gibuhat ang ilang mga sideline. ako lang gyd cla gipasag daan... then until such time nga wla nasad ka agwanta ang akong usa ka partner ning resign nasad wla na tulo nalang gyd me nabilin... so ang nabilin ang first nga CEO, AKO ug ang 2ND CEO then wla ko kasabot sa pamalaod gyd kay mag cgi nalang gyd me ug lalis until ning down na gyd among company kay ang among financer ning give up na kay ang among giwork wla gyd ma himo og wlay nahimo almos 3yrs in develpment.

ang ako lang kay nalooy ko sa among partner nga american kay ni expend cya ug money but wlay nahimo sa maong work then ang mga CEO nga duha naka utang pa gyd ug money sa among partner...

What i learn?

Ang tawo mausab diay basta naay position.
Ang tawo dili mo taking care ug dili iya ang capital for that business.
Makawala ug friendship ang maong business partner labi na dili maayo ang inyong pag-kamanaged.

Hope makatabang ni sa mga tawong taas kaayong panan aw sa ilang kaugalingon....

this would really happen my friend's mom got spammed by this and much more complications happen to them.

Every business you must need financial assurance to stay on the ground since there are times that one your clients would have a big debt to your company and wala nabayran labi na ang reason kay gi-utangan sad cya sa lain na person. Bantay2x lang mu if the kind of business that you had accepts credit to other people kailangan naa gyud nay credit limit depende sa iyang financial status to justify that the credit limit given to the client would be suitable for the client's earnings kay dili lalim to earn money then spend it away to someone else. That's why businessmen/women must save more, earn more work more . . . .

this is very hurting . . . . the CEO's were not responsible enough to handler the business, they are too busy to think of themselves than too manage the business . . . unsaon sad nila pag manage sa business na di man gani cla ka manage sa ilang mga batasan kna pa kahang kamo 5? wala cguro mu nag miting para ma aware cla or ang ang PRIDE lay gipadagan kay mao ra naa nila. Kaluoy sad nimu oie, may gani noh ka-agwanta ka nila sa pila ka tuig
