A business is just like you and me. To be considered a well balanced individual we have to satisfy our needs - personal, emotional, spiritual, financial, sexual, etc. Ang business pud it has its counterpart = capital, marketing and strtategies, etc. For it to work, you have to suffice every aspect. One major pitfall sa business would be sa financial aspects especially if you dont have enough buffer. Upon the start of a business expenses amass and for some months this can go on resulting to loses so you have to have some back up money to finance everything. Another would be, your knowledge of the business you are into, there are instances where your employee or kanang gisalligan mo hawa...so what usually happens is magkabuang ka ug pangita kinsay mo puli so again this can affect your operations, that is why its imperative that you have to be hands on and you know everything about your business. REsearch about it, then compare with other players in the industrys.

    misunderstanding between/among sa imo partners...

me and my officemates have our joint venture/partnership just last year... venturing into internet CAFE...and resto...

dako-dako na among na contribute: more than half a million na among capital ...
first 3months, ok pa man hinoon to... the CAFE earns a lot... and the resto also...though dili pajud ka break-even kay nakagasto paman mig renovation sa space...

until such time na one of my partner resigned sa amo office.. and voluntered to focus on our business...

at first , OK pa... later, niusab man ang timpla.... naa naman siya personal interest... all crew nga gihire is tanan iya man kaliwat...from resto hangtod na ang internet CAFE... ang kapait kay la jud ni bother ug pananghid sa iyang partner... to note, 3 mi kabook partners...

every week, we have 2 days to tender sa business...and i found out that tanan naman kaliwat moadto sa amo resto and selling other stuff nya dili sa partnership..

so i suggest to have a meeting sa partnership para klarohay....but to no avail...

one day, nikalit lag larga singapore kay manarbaho didto,,, ang kapait kay dala nila amo money.... hay... may God bless them nalang..

to make the story short.... nalugi jud kog almost 200K... wala jud nabalik ang akong gi invest...

until now.... huhuhuhu... naputos noon ko sa utang dah...

lesson :: knw your soon to be partners GUYZ... and goodluck
