Unsa man ni ang Lupus? Unsa ni ka serious nga disease? contagious ba ni siya or what? One of my friend mao ni iya sakit karon. Mao ni ang diagnose sa doctor sa iyaha. search nako sa google but wala jud koy masabtan kay naglutaw ko.

SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus).. autoimmune disease ni cya.. it's not really contagious but it's hereditary though.. but sa case sa ako mum kay nikalit lang due to low immune system.. since pag daga sa ako mum kay masakiton najud cya daan.. she's maintaining her prednisone plus TDL and neurontin cos naa pud cya trigeminal neuralgia.. kailangan maminaw jud imo friend sa advise sa doctor niya kay tabang jud au nah. No. 1 na guidili jud sa lupus patients is extreme heat and extreme cold. Dili jud cya dapat mgpa init pra di ma complicate iya condition. Ang ako mama, gahi man gud au ulo. Ingnan di mgpa init, musuroy man pud udtong dako nya usahay pasagdan lang ang singot na muuga kay gnahan man jud ni cya mang limpyo sa balay.. karon kay another complication occured sa iya health hinuon, she has pneumonia nah hnuon. another set of medications. Bsta be the very good adviser sa imo friend kay mka tabang jud nah pra sa iya condition..

Mao bah.. Is it true nga walay cure ang lupus? Gi unsa man sa imo mom pag survive sa lupus? I'm gonna tell my friend about this. Naa paman sad siya sa hospital karon.

it's hereditary so you don't have to worry getting it from your friend.

It's an autoimmune disease (like rheumatoid arthritis) w/c means your own antibody is attacking an antigen of your own body. Sometimes the rashes that can be seen on the face form a figure of a butterfly.
There's no cure for SLE yet.

10-50 years old and its most likely here in Asia and Africa, that sucks. There is no cure for this. It's not contagious.
