OT : it all boils down on how you sell yourself to the employer....Even you have outstanding grades, good facilities from your alma matter, high IQ level, these things will not guarantee you a job thats totally inline with your course. yes they will check on your TOR , yes they will look for your diploma , and remember this bragging about on how good you are is not a good idea its like a double edge sword. btw kasagaran mo interview or mo hatag og iq test or skill test mga psychology grads kasagaran and they evaluate you through this series of interviews,exams or IQ test diha nila makita kung unsa ka klaseng pag kataw...dli sa imong TOR og diploma kay ang TOR og Diploma nimo dli cla manubag panahon sa pag pangapply...mura rani clag passport..
