    Default pwede raba ni? or dili?


    For girls pwede raba mag jogging if naay period?

    Pwede ba mag gym?

    pwede ba mag biking?

    dili raba ni siya makadaot?

    makaluya man gud if wala mapagpag ang lawas gud...

    ang dugo nimu dili raba moundang or if mo undang mo extend ba sila pila ka days?

    im a girl and im asking coz im not sure if whats okey or not

    Kay abnormal man ako menstrual period

    once in a blue moon ra kaau motunga then d kaau ko ka relate ug monthly period nga girls
    nga mas naka experience aning mga pangutana nko ...

    Actually depends...even though once in a blue moon...
    ang mu matter kay how much blood went out...
    Lisud au puniton na lang ka sa dalan kay nakuyapan na.
    Kung gamay ra gyud ang nigawas kay kung feel nimo kaya nimo...hala go...
    Actually ikaw ra man gyud kibaw sa imo lawas... but more caution lang basta dugon...

    Lastly...ayaw sad sobra kiat...malapsan nya ka

    it's ok. i go to the gym with my period..just wear tampons girl. kay kung sanitary napkin naay tendency malapsan jud ka. hehe.

    pa-check up ug gyne sis, mka prescribe mana cla ug pills para ma-establish ang regularity sa imong period.. if ganahan jud ka mawad-an kag dugo, pagdonate nalang (if wlay contraindication nimo).. makatabang pa ka sa uban tao.. hehe =D

    about sa exercise2x, dli rman na makadaot.. maka-ease pa gani na ug dysmenorrhea..

    actually pwedi ra jud na but depende man gud na sa babay sa ilang confidence nga mag dala sa ilang self kung naa sa ilang monthly periods... it is just a matter of mind set...

    sus tagam na ang DOH sa akoa about blood donation the first and the last time i donated they conducted it and it took an hour more to get a blood from me coz i got small veins and 3 times ko nila g tusok2 ug balhin2 kay ni collapse ako veins sayang man if d tiwason kay if d daw mapuno ang isa ka bag dili man daw magamit..so ako g antos ang kasakit...

    my dctor said i might have PCOS..so ill check on it soon..
