there was an article about him and his water-powered car in FHM (2009 man guro to)...though he claims his invention is LEGIT, the only(and BIG) problem was that gusto niya ipa patent iyang invention, BUT he wouldnt share how he do it!!! protocol baya na kung magpa patent ka, kay you have to divulge all the information on how to do it...and the head of the patenting agency even explained to him that even though he shares his knowledge, he will have full 20years of monopoly sa iya invention(if ever mag mass produce na ba), and after that pwede na ma-share ang info sa uban aspiring inventors...but dili man musugot si dingel, so mao to walay nahitabo ana iya invention...

With Dingle, what struck me was when Julius Babao asked him what was his reaction when people call him crazy. He simply answered " Yes I am. You need a crazy person to solve a crazy problem!" I'm not saying I am 100% certain, but i have a feeling he is legit.
