for the motherboard brad..800 series sa gigabyte will be suitable for your 15k the latest they have. it will cost you around 12k and has the 333 feature usb 3 + esata 3 + sata 3..

i7 920 D0 - almost 13k sa interpace
i7 930 almost 14k sa interpace gihapon and I think same sad sa PCX, I'll go there tomorrow cguro nya update ko ni dri.

but I would suggest you'd go down the 1156 route. Mas makabarato ka labi na sa memory and proc. For the pricing of it's motherboard wala nako kahibaw since ala ko ka research about it.
