yup nograles is done. let's hope forever and it's kinda fitting that not only did he lose but he lost to a gurrrl. he was acting like one close to election day when he talked about bolting lakas and never did. probably coz no other party would take him.
the FOI bill will most likely be re-filed in the coming 15th congress. let's hope its ratification will be swift then. the question is will its effectivity be retroactive?
