Default Garcias derail important Freedom of Information Bill - ngano kaha?

Freedom of Information Bill would have been one of the most important laws passed by the outgoing administration, as it would have improved transparency in government transactions by making all information available to everyone. Unfortunately the law did not pass because several lawmakers were absent and so Congress failed to get a quorum for final deliberations on the bill.

The Inquirer published a list of all the lazy congressmen who were absent from this very important session and lo and behold, ALL THREE Garcias in Congress were absent, to wit:

    Garcia, Albert S.
    Garcia, Pablo P.
    Garcia, Pablo John F.

And if you think about it, it's obvious why they don't like to see this bill passed. Di na sila ka kurakot, labi na si Madame Kabayo (Gwen) muhahaha... what a sad bunch of useless monkeys these Garcias are...

nalimot mo? si gwen issued a memo to all provincial government employees : prohibiting them from providing to the public copies of public documents without her express and written permission. bwahahahah

pero apparently, majority sa mga taga probinsya agree - silang durano for instance, silang mga binghay, salimbangon didto sa north, etc ... otherwise pildi unta si gwen niadtong mayo
