isuzu trooper injector problems

patabang unta ko sa mga diesel guys here.

naa mi isuzu trooper murag 2002 model ni cya bought brand new (not surplus) nya cge naman kaguba iyang injectors ( mu kalit lang ug pawng while mag dagan ) then murag 2 times na ni na ilisdan sa isuzu karun naguba nasad.. murag maguba man every 2-2 years.. has anyone had the same problem?

though libre ang pa change sa injectors hasol na kaayu cge dala sa shop. what could be the problem?

problemado jud na iyang injector boss. libre injectors maski out of warranty? then that itself ang pag angkon sa isuzu nga gubaon jud ila injector para ana nga engine. 4jx1 na diba? if ma agwanta, agwantaha nalang ang ka hasol boss kay sulit manpud kaayo ang power ana.

is this the CRDi already right? was it the injector itself or the solenoid only?

yes boss.. libre ra ilis even if out of warranty na.. murag 3 times na ni g ilisdan.. karun nag order nasad lain set sa manila... nya naa pa sa shop ang car ron... uu 4j ni cya nga engine.

Its already CRDi. I have an isuzu trooper 03 model. Its 4jx1 engine. Mine had been replaced already at 40kms but until now, its still ok. Hope the problem would not come back again. If i were you, sell it. Even if it has a very powerful engine, its no use if you are not at ease in driving and thinking when it would fail again.

no problem boss. taas2 jud basahunon imong papa. hehe lingaw jud nang power sa trooper, kung maguba pud, lingaw pudka kay mura ka gadaub ug sakyanan perting itoma sa aso. hehe

hahaah.. mao lagi boss.. ug power lang hisgutan.. kusug sad jud hnuon.. but i hope ma tarung sa isuzu.. if wala nako nasayup ug read sa forums.. murag naa na daw fix sa injectors? murag na improve or something.... para nako maypa ilisdan nalang ug crosswind.. hahaha...

bro di kaau ko swito gyd sa isuzu pero mostly man gud ang problema kung mag failed ang injectors sa diesel engine type is you need to diagnose ang imong fuel pressure bacn overpressure ka. ang symptoms sa failed fuel system is mapalong lang kalit imong engine then inig start balik nimo mo start lng ug less than 2 seconds then mapalong nsad. kung ingon ani imong problema try to diagnose imo fuel system coz closed loop mn gud ang efi system. mostly gyd madaot ana kay ang fuel regulator na located na sa tunga or sa end sa imo fuel rail. ang isa sa symptoms ana kay itom kaau ang aso kay wla nmn matarong imong fuel-air mixture mao mo labaw gyd ang diesel inig buga sa imong exhuast manifold. i think kung 2.0 na imo compression rate naa sa maximum of 35psi imo fuel pressure.
