1. prayer, and rosary....... not necessarily kada adlaw ang rosary.. pero mas maayo kung kada adlawon.
2. talk to God everyday in your mind.. ask for guidance. effective ni siya..
3. live one day at a time. yaw sige huna huna sa imo future.. isalig tanan sa Ginoo.
4. dawata tanan tanan mga imperfections sa imo palibot.. kay pulos ra ta tao masayop..
5. kato imo mga dili ganahan amigoha, amigaha.. di ba ma shock ka naa blessings maabot..

My wifey and I try to pray the rosary as often as we can, especially when we're traveling.
We also pray as often as we can, during mornings and before we go to bed. And we read the Scriptures almost every day. Are you using a devotional? I highly recommend the Companion and the Sabbath. They're very good. They have short commentaries for every reading, and they even have space wherein you can write your own reflections of the readings.
I'm also sort of on a road to recovery. I find that it's really true what they say, that sin "darkens the mind, and weakens the will." I've been wallowing in that kind of darkness for a long time now. It's been so long since I went to confession and I really miss just praying inside a church in silence.
