No, it does not and will never increase your chances of getting hired in any call center. What CVG does is to call you up and schedule you for an interview, they might do some prelim interview so that you can skip some required processes ( compared to the walk-in applicants ) but no it will not increase your chances what so ever.

The referring agent will get a cash incentive if you pass for product training and another when you are regularized.

So guys dont buy into this B.S. that your chances will increase if you are referred by someone, if you posses the required skills for job then you get hired regardless if your a walk-in applicant.

haha... nice try pero... epic fail . the whole "more chances of getting hired" bit could have worked if you were to be referred by...let's say a Recruitment Supervisor or Manager (grabe na ka complicated kay strings would have to be pulled...). and even then, that would only get you through the preliminary screening process... kung mo.agi na sa product training ngnha ra makita ang katag

finding work and making bulsa the money you will be earning if the one you have referred is being absorbed by the company. LOL.

my unta nga VERY GOOD ang intention sa pagpa-refer like mag half cla sa fee if ma absorb na cya's company. mostly, kalimtan ra lang bya basta ila naka-sapi cla.

Hi peeps, if someone referrers you, the referring person will have an opportunity to guide and coach you, I was referred and got a very good coaching especially on what to expect and prepare during the interviews. And if money is a big issue, you can ask your referror to share it with you, should you get hired. Thats not a bad deal either. And should you be successfully hired, return the favor to your friends and referrals as well.
