Fresh news, just 5 hours ago, Anthony Wesley and Christopher Go (amateur astronomer from Cebu City), jointly caught on video, an impact on the surface of Jupiter.

It's just a tiny impact but knowing it was huge.

its amazing he caught it on cam,,, how'd they do it?do they always look at the telescope?or record it? i just wondered how they study planets.

Chris wasn't looking at the cam when it happened, but Anthony (who is in Australia) was looking at his. Anthony is still processing his own video of the event, and I'll post it here once he finishes it. Originally Posted by stew_griff
