its not a new costume for cap.. its his old costume.. new lang siguro in the sense na bag-o nga salida and mao ni concept na costume ni cap sa movie.

its not his old suit, the new suit is based on real world materials that we currently have today, if you remember the old suit had a scaly exterior with wings on the head gear..... so this is a new suit
