After reading the posts, i can't help but admire the employees of NCR.

murag dili ko uyon nga fresh grad maka-apply dayon as dev kay katong fresh grad ko naa mn ko sa testing nabutang... growth para nako is dili stagnant ang learning... and experience nako dire as tester ko... stagnant kaayo... test lng ug printer f/w... print2 ug papil... regression testing... naay growth pero hinay... dili sa ingon nga walay growth...

PULPUL guro ka nga pagka studyante mao wla ka saligi sa company sa dev na position... mind you... daghan ug fresh grad na mga achievers... so dont generalize... and besides, diba if mangapply ta, we have the choice kung unsa ato position na sudlan.... kalahi ra sa job title na Software Development Engineer ug sa Software Quality Assurance Engineer\Software Test Engineer... jogits!!!

Ayaw e compara ang imo pagka tester sauna sa mga tester karun... it only happened that unlike the rest, you were just waiting to be spoon fed, waiting for instructions from your TL as kung unsa lang ang imo buhaton... you probably had never looked for any other ways to improve yourself sa mga tasks na gi hatag sa imo... kay ang imo... kung unsa ang current testing methods, mao rasad ang imo gi follow... please take note that naa nay mga automation testing ang mga testers run... and they also create there own testing tools... mao na naa pod cla growth... coz they went beyond the testers that they are...
