It's true na if you wanna grow professionally in IT field, NCR is one of the IT companies that could offer great opportunities. I'm also an exNCR and naa na diri Singapore karon and believe me, my experience in NCR really contributed a lot to what I am now and most specially to the paycheck i am receiving every month here. But of course, hardwork, dedication and the will to grow played an important role in my success. (I'm not sure if success ba gyud tawag ani )

So take advantage lang gyud ninyo ang opportunity diha sa NCR, daghan mo makat-unan (dili mga kaboang hap).

BTW, ako diay na mga suod nga higala sila Buscato, Migs, Joel. hehehe! Naa pa daghan, lingaw to amo time diha. I don't know if naa pa ba uban nako mga kaila diha ron.

Para sa ako, ok ang NCR in terms of benefits ug culture sa workplace. Salary-wise gamay na gyud karon compared sauna katung gamay pa ang NCR. Since the time na nag mass hiring ang company didto na nag sugod ug gamay sweldo.

Sometimes, laid back ra ang environment diri. Sometimes, pressured sad. For me, nindot ang experience sa akong 3 years in here as a developer/tester.

Based sad sa akong stay diri, management is one of the downside. Your voice seldom gets heard. If ever it gets heard, there's a possibility that they'll just toss it to the side. I guess one factor affecting this is the department/team you're in. Depende ra tingali.

Pero overall, payter ra diri. Wala man perfect na company.

After reading the posts, i can't help but admire the employees of NCR.
Cheers guys! This thread just proves that money is not everything. There is this 'career growth' as you have said.

Now for the person who seemed to be sour-graping, ...eng...eng... eng... - i better keep my mouth shut -.

And guys, after earning more (financially), money will just be secondary. It'll be self-fulfillment at the end.
