    Default Q-Strap Review

    hello,

has anyone purchased the Q-Strap for single DSLRs? what can you say about this strap? i know its a direct copy from the R-Strap but i just want to know how this Q-Strap fares with the users. its rather cheap compared to the R-Strap and im thinking of getting one real soon.

your inputs and comments about this product will be appreciated very much. thanks.

you mean ang mahilis kadto screw nga naka mount sa camera mismo? how come mahilis man nga wa may wear and tear dha nga part while using the strap?

bitaw for those who have used this strap, share your insights pud. thanks.

ang pasabot kay katong boslot kung asa nimo i attach tong carabiner sa strap. i think ok rani siya na strap for cams dili kaayo grabe ka bugat. kung bugat na kaayo, much better kung stick nalang siguro mo sa real deal BlackRapid R-Strap. naa pud uban alternatives: Flyye Single Point DSLR Sling, Sun Sniper ug Luma Loop Sling.

I dont know if helpful ni sya na info.. ang new screw mount ( err kana bitaw gamiton inig attach sa tripod mount sa camera) mo leave ug mark or maka paksit sa pintal ( la ko sure ani kay ako kauban mao na hitabuan, nangita man gud sya pintal kay iya paintalan ang base sa iya cam tungod kay na damage daw sa RS-4) .. kana gi tawag sa rstrap ug fasten r2... also hadlok ko mo gamit kay ang mo kupot kay ang rubber ra basin na mo luag heheh.. Ang karaan kay naa man mura counter lock bitaw.. na if hugot na sya.. naa pa isa na i pa hugot sad nimo... though mas bulky sya dis advantage if you always shoot portrait orientation. if gamit jed ka buy na lang gaffer tape daan.. tape daan ang base.. basin nya mag opa ngita ka pilot pen.. para ma pintalan ang base sa imo cam

am using the sun sniper at the moment.. pariha ra jed sya sa r stap na bag o.. (previously using r strap na kaaan) so ako gamit ang karaan na screw mount sa rstrap medyo salig ko heheh

ive been using the Q-strap since early last year...initially i didnt see the benefits but the more i use it the more i see how great it is...i have since gotten the dual qstrap late last year for when i need two bodies like concerts and small events were bringing an assistant isnt necessary...

allows no blocking of the LCD and Viewfinder when you need to shoot or show it off to someone. its quicker! and so far my 5D mkII and 500D are in perfect condition havent lost a plate or experience any melting etc the black paint on the qstrap plate has scratches on it but other than that still looks great

the weight reduction strap used to be my fav and still has some uses in some situations where its better but for the most out of the studio work i much prefer the qstrap now for both single and two camera bodies. (in the studio i dont use any strap as of late though considering the spider holster for that soon)

btw the qstrap would not be ideal for very large people. however a client already modified it with a longer strap and its working great for him.
