    Question Wrong CMOS setting


    Mga experts, mangayo lng ko ug advice sa inyo regarding ani.. akong usa ka pc labi na kung nka turnoff or nka unplugged og dugay each time mag boot siya naay mo appear na "wrong CMOS setting" press f2 to configure, press f1 to load default and continue.. unsa problema ani? kaliangan naba nako ilisan ang cmos battery? pg nka boot na, correct lng man gihapon ang time and date ani wla man na corrupt. dili kaha ni sa mga bag-ong applications/programs akoang gi png install, corrupt registry or mismo ang cmos battery ang naay apan? nka overclock akoang pc more than a year na karon lng ko ka encounter ani

    have your CMOS battery replaced.

    Replace your CMOS Battery.. barato ra na sa repairshop ug relo sa Metro-Ayala

    If symptoms persist, consult ur technician...

    last question mga sir.. pag e on nako diay ang avr mo automatic on ang pc maski wla pa nako na press ang power button and mao kna ang mo appear "wrong cmos setting" while booting.. ingani jud ba na ang symptoms pg cmos battery ang apan? salamat daan

    replace psu... i think it has to do with your psu

    "wrong cmos setting" - cmos battery na. lets take it one @ a time.

    check sa imo BIOS. naa setting dha about sa "on Power Failure" or similar i disable na or off.

    btw replace battery sa b4 doin that.

    as what most of the guys suggested here change your cmos battery and go to cmos setup try to set to default settings pod brad to make sure all will be running smooth..^_^..

    I've experienced this last week, two days after reformatting the PC in my computer lab. What I did was i changed the CMOS Battery and reconfigured the BIOS settings then it goes back to normal. It worked for me maybe it wil work for you too. Just try it bro...Good luck!!!
