    As in feeling nako mas worst jud ni ako kay naa jud time mostly kay dili judko maka tulog. bisan unsaon pa nako...

    Plan na gani ko magpa check up...Ako solution kay drink nlng ko milk beforew sleep mao mn sulti ako mga friends..
    so far ok biya siya....Hope naa maka hatag nato advice dre...same problem jud.

    basaha mga advices sa taas daghan mana..add langko if after mga 15-20mins dili gyapon ka katolog ayw lang pugsa kay mag sakit lang imu ulo samot dugay ka katolog..sakto na imu plan pa check up nalang if mag worst dyod kay mas naka balo ang mga specialista ana..
