AFAIK, Locsin is a congressman, Melo was a former Supreme court justice and they have one thing in common... they are not code writers who can review computer source codes -even if they have access to it. But as I've said even smartmatic don't have access to the source code because Dominion who is the owner is only licensing it as binary (already compiled). And i doubt if as you said except these three individuals who "reviewed" it, they may only be reviewing an executable code. Granting that these three, Melo, Locsin and smartmatic can review the binary code (not the source code) they may have sleepless nights of doing reverse engineering on the codes. Mahuman nalang election moabot nalang ang sunod nga election, di gihapon nila mahuman ug reverse engineer ang maong code.

    ako rani point.

kung gi hack man gani dapat si Gibo ang daug kay sila and administration party pabor nila tanan from comelec to any agency that they can utilize. They can just easily manipulate the results kay goberno ra ghpn ang nakig negotiate sa Contractor.

Yup that is exactly my point sir. These two are non IT Expert, and smartmatic is just a shadow of Dominion. They may have took a glance on whatever executable files or source codes, but by the nature of their profession, dili jud ni nila masabtan except sa mga taga smartmatic.

Alias Robin claimed that they manage to cheat the election digitally w/c is for me, too good to be true... And if you are going to read between his lines, he really doesn't know anything about how this technology works.

My question is how come smartmatic did not able to come up with set of protocols or procedures to check the PCOS system clock and correct it whenever it is necessary.

    OT Lang ni ha:
We have online systems serving entire philippines through VPN Network. We time stamp all transactions using our central servers' local time, disregarding the client's local clock. Are these theories the same with the submission of data to PCOS Servers? I am not an expert to this, but aside from digital signatures of data transmitted, they should also have records on the PCOS local time to verify the print out and the one stored on the server....

    Just my opinion.

I don't think sila mismo ang mo trace sa code. If binary file ang g hatag kay pwede na ma decompile daghang tools para pa decompile but not 100% accurate but you could get the idea/algorithm of the said program on how it works.

    this is my opinion:

i dont think there is a hacking thing na natabo.. theres no hacking.. but really its all about machine failures...

nagka problema ang pcos machine dats it.. no other reason... remember mo na during their first trial nag ka prob sila sa local kay i ang machine ga read every other line skipping a candidate? na featured baya to sa news...

IT.. murag maybe too much watching sci fi videos like "swordfish" or the "hackers"

if naa man gyud tikas na natabo.. its not because they intercept the transmission of the pcos machine and replace it with their tampered results but the only reason ra gyud is inside job.

and another thing.. i do believe that the government already knew about this failure from day one.. i knew they know.. they just want to earn :P (puslan man ma pildi ra gyapon sa next election mangwarta nalang ko :P) gets my thoughts guys?
