why?, as long they do their job, there is no education qualifications stated on Article VI, Section 3 of the 1987 Constitution..

anyone can be a senator, as long as you perform your duties to the people...

mga pre.. sa to balaod ang minimum requirement to run for government offices is literacy ( kabalo mobasa) and numeracy ( kabalo mo kwenta). of course having not finished any degree is a handicap. but then again how one performs his tasks sa senate VINDICATES him.

take note, it is not just because one isnt able to enter a reputable university or finished a stellar degree that would make him less in the eyes of the public. after all the best learnings are learned in the best school that the world there is.. the SCHOOL OF EXPERIENCE ( of course with perpetual desire to serve)..

PARA NAKO PRE, lisud ning positiona sa gobyerno nga comedyahan ra nato nga wala tay nahumanan sa eskwela. It concerns international aspects as well. Sa pagkaka-alam ko, ang ating wika ay Pilipino. Wala naman sigurong masama kung magdadala ng tagapagsalin kung sakaling hindi marunong mag ingles yung tao. Hinde naman siguro ang pag-iingles ang batayan sa pagsukat sa kakayahan ng isang tao. Yung mga Italiano, Chino, Hapon, Koreano, at marami pang mga dayo ay hindi rin marunong mag ingles. Masasabi ba natin na wala silang kakayahan?
