    Default bad service at PANCAKE HOUSE ayala!


    Me, my gf and a co-league went to have breakfast at pancake house ayala at 7 in the morning.i flagged the waitress down to give our order. she walked over and stared straight at me as if she was gonna bite. so i sense that she wasn't in a good mood at all. so i ask if my order already includes drink. with a heavy tone of voice she said "walay labot ang drinks" so i ask wat drinks they have, and again she enumerate all the available drinks in a heavy tone. my gf ask how much an additional egg wud be, and wid out even facing at us she replied " 20 plus man siguro!" as if she was in a hurry to leave our table. then my frend requested to have her sunny side up to be cooked well done. she said " di man na pwede! lahi nang sunny side up lahi pud nang well done! so unsa man imo? sunny side up or well done?" Haller!!! wat do u mean lahi?! its still sunny side up as long as u cook it well, not malasado! stupid! the nerve of her treating us that way. and the sh*tty thing is that she was being nice to the rich old people on the other table.. so meaning gi taray2yan lang gyud mi! the manager sense our frustration and decided to have the other waitress attend to our needs instead of her. so lesson learned, i will never eat at pancake house ayala ever again!

    Well Well....

    Its these little things that owners, managers, even servers need to remember , aside from the food one serves its the service that make people go back too.

    This is a good example of not to do .... if one is in a bad mood deal with it outside work because you are not paid to be mean to customers.

    Reminds me of an uncle that worked at the Sheraton in Honolulu, he was the grouchiest man outside work but when he was the head waiter at one of the outlets boy did he smile a lot .... I mean complete night and day, people loved him.. and the tips whewww!!!!

    So to young servers that read this , please don't bring your problems to work you just may get a good tip.

    And Pancake house, well if the manager knew about this unfortunate soul.... I say Fire both manager and server that just isn't right.

    never bring your problems at home to work and vice versa. and who says discrimination does not exist here in the Philippines? timing-timing ra gyud na kung asa mo muadto.

    unsa man tawn ning klaseha sa customer service, ako pa to giingnan na nako naa ka problema miss, if nag aburido ka ayaw mi apila beh.. pan cake, sizzling and teriyaki are just the same company, pero sa sizzling ok au ila mgha waiters and waitress didto..

    mahal2x lang ning pancake house.. hahaha. i think all those who work in restaurants and food chains should try watching the movie 'Waiting'.. starred by Ryan Reynolds...

    na sis. nag pugong nlng gyud ko sa akong ka ulit ato kay di ko gusto ma bad trip sayo sa buntag. baha sya! kanang mga inana di nlng lagi unta mang among oi.

    sus! ayaw nlng gyud adto brod kay mahal na bati pa ug service. di gyud worth it ang ila gi charge nga 13% nga service fee.. may pa sa pungko pungko!
