TAKE note ..that im not connectd in this company nor do i work here..but i use to work in a hotel before..so I really know well people like you who thinks they can do anything just becoz you are a GUEST in the hotel.. ( pa suhito tahay )...
check also the posts of other istoryans so you'll know i'm not the only one who had a bad experience... so i guess your also disgusted w/ their attitudes as well?? coz w/ what i've read w/ other posts we have a more or less similar experience w/ the kind of customer service that the resort gave..
