there goes their reply to your OMG post Ms. Conde ... in my opinion wala cla ngkulang pag hatag sa Service na inyo g pangita..but rather na over pa gani becoz ng bend pa cla sa ila rules ( rmember the HOUSE RULES?)..i respect everyone's comments in this matter however if your trying to insult other people (other staff ) or to portray that youve been descriminated by others (feeling lang ) JUST becoz wala napagbgyan inyo GUSTO...then I have all the right to express that im disgusted by your ATTITUDE ..as far as i know, hotel staff does extra service to local guests than foreigners for the reason we all know of (strikto man pinoy ) however .if such service or request will compromse ones job or rule they have all the right to refuse to that...the thing is ng assume ka na OK ra imo e request coz ng byad gud ka and you have all the confdnce to dspute that..but when u found out na dli diay..ng WAYOK ka to the point na imo pa g post imo bnuhatan dri..
TAKE note ..that im not connectd in this company nor do i work here..but i use to work in a hotel before..so I really know well people like you who thinks they can do anything just becoz you are a GUEST in the hotel.. ( pa suhito tahay )...

check also the posts of other istoryans so you'll know i'm not the only one who had a bad experience... so i guess your also disgusted w/ their attitudes as well?? coz w/ what i've read w/ other posts we have a more or less similar experience w/ the kind of customer service that the resort gave..

not to put fuel on the fire already, but the letter addressed to the person intended is meant to show the sides of the resort to anyone and anybody who is not yet aware of their rules and so forth, any individual or persons that would have the idea to go and check-in to their resort is made.. no PUN intended....

I guess it should be fair that the resort had posted it here, for everyone's information also... so as the commotion and blunders made would not be repeated again... (if there would be a person/s who would avail of their resorts again...)

what i posted was my experience that i wanted to share to the public, not a formal letter to your resort and definitely not addressed to anyone in particular. but since what you posted here was somewhat personal and addressed to somebody i think in my general opinion that you should have at least sent this as a private message and if you wanted your side to be heard then you should have at least generalized your post and not addressed to anyone.

The hotel did the right thing to answer your first post.
It's only fair to hear both sides.

ah kabati diay ani gud....mamili diay customer ni pag foreigner,tarong ang customer service tsk tsk tsk!
too bad....
syempre resort gud ni,courteous gyud dapat mga staff oi,pati guards must be trained pud,not arogant.
especially ning receptionist kay mao bya muatubang sa guest..naa diay discrimination ani na resort??kalain sad! aw if ma-spread ni nga ignon ani ila service,posible nga wa jud mangadto kaayo,kato ra siguro mga foreinger nga wa kabalo at least sila accomodated kaayo...so ilaha nalang na. daghan pa resort dri cebu nga mas nice oi and very accomodating sa tanan,ma pinoy or foreigner pa na.
