    check also the posts of other istoryans so you'll know i'm not the only one who had a bad experience... so i guess your also disgusted w/ their attitudes as well?? coz w/ what i've read w/ other posts we have a more or less similar experience w/ the kind of customer service that the resort gave..

    not to put fuel on the fire already, but the letter addressed to the person intended is meant to show the sides of the resort to anyone and anybody who is not yet aware of their rules and so forth, any individual or persons that would have the idea to go and check-in to their resort is made.. no PUN intended....

    I guess it should be fair that the resort had posted it here, for everyone's information also... so as the commotion and blunders made would not be repeated again... (if there would be a person/s who would avail of their resorts again...)

    Pokerface if you're not working at the resort then i just don't get why you're so mad or it seems to be w/ my post and seems quite personal for me, again i'm not the only one who had a bad experience here. . what i posted here in istorya is my opinion, our experience, that i wanted to share to the public and for them to be aware as well. . if you have a lot of good things to share about the resort by all means pls post it here so others will also know that they treated you well..

    good thing you know that theirs such thing about this rule because in your first post for this thread was full of profanity.

    ah kabati diay ani gud....mamili diay customer ni pag foreigner,tarong ang customer service tsk tsk tsk!
    too bad....
    syempre resort gud ni,courteous gyud dapat mga staff oi,pati guards must be trained pud,not arogant.
    especially ning receptionist kay mao bya muatubang sa guest..naa diay discrimination ani na resort??kalain sad! aw if ma-spread ni nga ignon ani ila service,posible nga wa jud mangadto kaayo,kato ra siguro mga foreinger nga wa kabalo at least sila accomodated kaayo...so ilaha nalang na. daghan pa resort dri cebu nga mas nice oi and very accomodating sa tanan,ma pinoy or foreigner pa na.

    just my two cents!
